Kal Plastics has been manufacturing high quality vacuum formed products for over 45 years. We have ( 8) three and four station, sheet fed, rotary machines for higher volume production, and (4) sheet fed, single /shuttle station s devoted to prototyping and short runs. Our broad range of equipment allows us to form parts up to 12 ft. by 10 ft. and as deep as 3 ft.
