Kal Plastics has been manufacturing high quality vacuum formed products for over 45 years. We have (8) three and four station, sheet fed, rotary machines for higher volume production, and (4) sheet fed, single /shuttle station s devoted to prototyping and short runs. Our broad range of equipment allows us to form parts up to 12 ft. by 10 ft. and as deep as 3 ft.
